My Pregnancy Journeys

Over the years my focus as a trainer has grown into helping moms feel AND move their best 💯

Not only do I specialize in pre/postnatal corrective exercise, but I have a ton of personal experience ⤵️⤵️⤵️

1st pregnancy➡️

📍 vaginal delivery

📍 delivered at 37 weeks

📍 28 years old

2nd pregnancy ➡️

📍 mono di twins (shared a placenta)

📍 polyhydramnios (extra fluid)

📍 high risk pregnancy

📍 modified bed rest at 27 weeks

📍 emergency c-section

📍 delivered at 32 weeks

📍 Severe Diastasis Recti

📍 2 hernias (umbilical & inguinal)

📍 emergency hernia surgery at 6 months postpartum

📍 31 years old (fun fact: they were born on my birthday 😉)

3rd pregnancy ➡️

📍 v-bac delivery

📍 high risk pregnancy (maternal age)

📍 symphysis pubic dysfunction (correct exercises helped ease discomfort)

📍 delivered at 40 weeks

📍 diastasis recti

📍 36 years old

I get asked all the time how I “bounced back” after this last pregnancy ❌❌ And I don’t believe in “bouncing back” 😑 but I DID work hard at keeping my body strong before, during and after this pregnancy 💯💯

It’s all about effective core & glute exercises 🔥 🔥

Core training is one of the most beneficial things you can do throughout your pregnancy and postpartum journey! 👏🏻👏🏻
